Purchase Requirements

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase our products.
  • ID Verification: We may request identification to verify your age upon delivery.
  • Shipping Areas: We only ship to locations permitted by Mexican law and international regulations.


Ordering Process

  • Orders: All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in MXN (Mexican Pesos) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
  • Invoicing: Electronic invoices (CFDI) compliant with Mexican tax regulations (SAT) will be provided. ​


Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days within Mexico (subject to carrier availability).  
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Delivery Requirements: An adult signature and valid ID are required upon delivery.


Return & Refund Policy

  • Damaged Products: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged (photo proof required).  
  • Shipping Errors: We cover reshipping costs if we made a mistake in your order.  
  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

Casa TerraFirme promotes responsible alcohol consumption:

  • Alcohol abuse is harmful to your health.
  • Not for sale to minors (under 21).
  • Do not drink during pregnancy.
  • Do not drink and drive.
